ABOUT CWBTE 2023
The 2-Days Corporate Wellbeing and Beauty Technologies Expo (CWBTE2023) is the premier forum for sharing of corporate wellbeing best practices, and a marketplace for related beauty products, services, and technologies in Nigeria and Africa. The expo will take place at the Grand Ballroom, Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria, from November 21-22, 2023, on theme “Wellbeing and Beauty Beyond Borders: Exploring the Diversity and Potential of the Nigerian Market.”
CWBTE aims to assist organizations in harnessing the benefits of low workforce attrition rates and sustainable productivity. We firmly believe that policies and practices which have a direct and positive impact on employee wellbeing ultimately contribute to overall corporate wellbeing.
In today’s fast-paced and competitive work environment, empowering employees and nurturing their overall wellbeing has become a top priority for organizations. One essential aspect that plays a vital role in promoting employee wellbeing is the cultivation of self-esteem. When employees are equipped with the knowledge, access to products and services that makes them feel great and enjoys corporate support in all they do to boost their self-esteem, it translates into leading with confidence, which not only enhances their individual performance and contribute positively to the overall wellbeing index of the organization, but it also boosts the organizations’ productively and sustainability.
In addition to the technical sessions, CWBTE will feature 2 days of beauty and wellness products exhibition, two pre-conference days of training and human capacity development masterclass, and a whole, outdoor, day (post conference) of fun and fitness activities at the Hakuna Matata Themed Park. CWBTE is organized by Giraffeconnect Nigeria Ltd in collaboration with leading organizations in the wellbeing sector such as SPENC Integrated Services and Consulting Ltd, The Mathematics for Life Foundation and Shammah Educational Foundation.
